For those of you riding in Bike Out Hunger – Texas 6-day, 450-mile ride, here are some last few week training ride ideas. Feel free to alter these based on your time and ability. The key is to get time in the saddle and some consecutive riding days. If you aren’t at this level of riding yet, no worries – group rides are always easier and we have good stretch points and SAG support.
