We have all finished day 1 of Bike Out Hunger and rode 79 miles from San Anotnio to Dripping Springs. Personally, I had several cramps the last 20 miles of the day. Honestly the two things that kept me going were the fact that if I stopped pedalling, my legs would lock up and the thought that I can easily stop my pains by getting off the bike and stretching while people without food to eat have a similar pain, but  much deeper issues and a harder way out.

Your support of the Bike Out Hunger riders and cause helps people and families break the cycle of poverty and hunger through education, traning and emergency feeding to allow people to improve their situation.
