Since most all of us are getting more miles on the bike and the run as the weather warms and several of you are riding in the Bike Out Hunger – Texas, thought this is a great time to remind you to stretch.
And to keep up those consecutive day training rides. Training harder can lead to overworked muscles and ligaments. Keep them in shape and allow them to repair.
