Ok, as we inch ever closer to the start date of Bike Out Hunger, I want to remind you all not to over-do it on the training. Why would that be important? Well, I’m out of riding for the next week due to pain just above my knee. I strained part of my quad/quad tendon and it is very painful to ride with any sort of push to it. So, I’ll be swimming and foam rolling a lot the next week attempting to work this out. I post this because I don’t want this to happen to you.
