pre-race food

The picture with this post is what caught my attention. Before EVERY race, I have toast with peanut butter (and I like it when I’m doing something right…). It has become a tradition (superstition perhaps) and I’m glad to learn that it’s also a great thing to eat. Now I just need to dial in the perfect quantity. What’s your pre-race food of choice?
