Serial Cereal Snacking

Cereal is more than just a breakfast meal for many. I’ve had it for supper and even as a snack. Some pour milk over it. Others use juice, a non-dairy milk or even just water. But, we do consume a lot of cereal.

As athletes, we do need to be concerned with what we put into our bodies for optimum performance.
