As I sat down this morning with a cup of coffee to catch up on some blog and sport site reading, this one caught my eye rather quickly. Mi piace bere il caffè and I don’t want to give it, or the benefits I’ve associated with it, up just because I read it on the Internet.
I was prepared to be cautiously skeptical as I opened the link. Turns out, coffee (caffeine) some real benefits to runners, cyclists and general endurance athletes. Runner’s World posted this story about “8 Things Runners Should Know About Coffee.”
